The Matthews Boat Owners Association is a non-profit corporation for past and present Matthews owners, and is devoted to perpetuating Matthews history, respect for a classic boat, and to serving as a clearing house for Matthews materials and information.  "The Log", containing information on members, Matthews boats, and other club news, and "Scrapbook Quips", devoted to the history of The Matthews Company and its boats, are mailed on a quarterly basis.

A Roster, published annually, lists members alphabetically, geographically, by year of boat manufacture, and boat name, as well as various similar clubs, museums, and addresses of convenience and assistance to members.

MBOA Great Lakes Chapter has an annual Rendezvous, held in early August, which brings together Matthews owners to share experiences, problems and resolutions, and other information, and gives members and guests the opportunity to tour other Matthews boats.  It also provides a meeting place for those who have established friendships through the clearing house benefits of MBOA.

We are always looking for new members!  Membership is $25 yearly for the National Organization with a $10 initiation fee, and $10 for the Great Lakes Chapter.  A burgee, optional and pictured at the top of each of these pages, is available for $13.

There is a printable form you may use if you would like to join. Click here to download the new printable form in MS Word format. You may also write, call, or email the Great Lakes' Chapter treasurer for more information:
